Another E-Line issue through @eastbankmpls.bsky.social is that by afternoon the promised 10-minute frequency becomes this, due to no dedicated lanes in uptown/downtown nor signal priority. The E-Line is good, but to be great 10 minutes needs to be *every* 10 minutes, not an *average* of 10 minutes.

🌸Our Como Community Gardening program will be back in the Spring!
Keep an eye out for the schedule coming in the next month or two. Last year, events took place both on week nights & weekends. This year will likely be the same, allowing for a variety of times you can come out and garden.

815 6th Ave SE, photo taken in roughly March 2025. Although we initially believed the entire building was going to be wiped out, a new structure was built up around the general frame. Likely, the Green Day basement generally remained intact and smelly.

This was a photo I took in March 2025, I think. There was more taken down on the upper floors, but I'll bet a dollar the basement looks more or less the same.

I don't have a photo of it this morning, but the house wasn't quite demolished...it was 90% demolished, and a rebuild was carried out in summer 2025.
