Heart is maybe a bit too big, maybe reduce it’s size by a point or two, and try it with the colored frosted glass that I’ve mentioned in the other comment
Or if you want it to be a bit red -
Pinkish red color at the bottom with 0.3 or so opacity, with overlayed material (+- thick material) and on top of that the heart
If the contrast is shitty, try setting bottom pink layers opacity to 0.6 but making the heart white

Ah looks cool in dark mode. Still, the heart will result in bad accessibility when the profile pic left to it has red in the pic. Overall it having a border but no (or barely visible) background is a no-no in my opinion.
But again, overall thing looks banger in dark mode
I wouldn’t do an inner shadow - a bit off-putting. Would also increase the background opacity on the heart, while making the heart more contrastful
