I’m doing no such thing, I’m pointing out painful rebuttals to your claim they have always been on the vanguard of queer rights, when they have absolutely not. They gave us not-quite-marriage, they were forced into the GRA, and EA amendments i mentioned did not originate with them.

The GRA was, and amendments for trans protections in the EA to be separated from the need for a GRC were spearheaded by Liberal Democrats.
This is just nonsense though, their previous implementation of legal protection for trans people was forced upon new labour by the ECHR.
