2/2 Today, LIE reaffirms its commitment to establish a convention promoting:

1/2 LIE is proud to participate for the next two weeks in the historical preparatory committee on a convention on crimes against humanity. This convention will fill a legal gap on states’ responsibility to prevent and punish CaH - showing that no hierarchy exists between the most serious crimes
🇺🇳 As states discuss a future #CrimesAgainstHumanity convention, we urge parliamentarians to engage their governments to support a #humanrights-based treaty that complements the #RomeStatute and ensures justice for victims and survivors. ⚖️ https://legal.un.org/diplomaticconferences/cah/prepcom.shtml
