I used to push that game on customers when I worked at the blue video store because I thought you got residuals because I am a savvy businessman who understands contracts and loves their friends.

a man wearing a hat and a plaid jacket waves his hand Alt: John Candy wearing a matching gray hat and plaid jacket waving his hand goodbye to his family in the final scene of Uncle Buck (1989)

The good news is phone gets turned off Monday, so the 13 of my followers and handful of randos who engage with my posts (thanks, third party metric-tracking software!) won’t have to put up with my bullshit much longer.

But after that I’m alone in the woods without a way of reaching the world.

So…

So I’ve always been suicidally depressed. And I always will be. It doesn’t stop until I Stop.

Your core personality is formed fairly early on and every year psychologists/other scientists find more data to support this.

That’s why by the time you’re 15-17 it’s there. Your tastes in music and books and film always trickles back to that stuff no matter what you add.

Most of us can’t change

It is not The World ending. It is Your World As You Knew It that’s ending.

Big difference unless you’re myopic.

They’re not worried about the end of the world in China nor India.

It’s just the end of the world people in the regions of the world where this and twitter thrive(d).

Find some perspective.

*You’re* wrong and you’ll probably never know it.

I haven’t paid so much as a credit card minimum since Christmas as far as I can recall at this hour (again: I’ve been up for nearly 27 hours with only oatmeal in my belly).

But sure. Keep telling me *I’m* wrong for just wanting a bullet in my head. *i’m* crazy for thinking opting out is preferable.

β€œYou just need some food, Danny.” Sure. Are you going to pay for it? Because I can’t. New month and this is the quarter/year every company I rely on decided to shift their pay schedules to within the same 10-window. So everything is late and/or at risk of being turned off.

Suicide is a reasonable conclusion when you have been ground down over a decade with less to show for it than any other time despite exponentially increased efforts.

No friends, no family, no peace, no rest.

Isolation compounds the madness AND the sadness.

This is my third 27-hour day this week, and it’s only Thursday.

I have not SEEN a dentist since before Biden was in office.

I cannot even get interviewed for receptionist jobs at dentists.

Diarrhea for 4 days and nights.

My only family protects an abuser.

And you tell me suicide isn’t viable?

This is the new normal of the times/internet: chaos in the feed, chaos in the streets.

Black Woman Democrats told me he was doing this before he got elected four years ago.

So you missed who he has always been as far as I can tell.

A stylized illustration shows four wide-eyed, cartoon-like musicians seated on curling, wave-shaped ground beneath a dramatic, cloudy sky. From left to right: one plays a stringed instrument resembling a mandolin, another stands playing bagpipes while wearing a kilt and top hat, the third plays an accordion, and the fourth beats a hand drum. The landscape around them twists into dark, spiraling shapes, giving a surreal, ominous feel despite the whimsical character designs. At the bottom of the image, decorative text reads: β€œThe Four Musicians of the Apocalypse.” BY UNKNOWN CARTOONIST

Then God said, β€œAnd behold, when the fourth seal was opened, there arose four upon the crest of the storm: pipes skirling doom, bellows wheezing famine, strings twanging conquest, drum thundering regret. Power given to afflict the earth with cursed reel forever.”
