All right. So I sneaked into Eric's Bar (not Chef Eric, but another unrelated Eric) when nobody was looking to raid his liquor bottles. I was happy to find everything I needed! (The framboise is essentially off-brand Chambord.) The caramel sauce was a success! So delicious on Neapolitan ice cream!

I'm gonna put that on crepes, waffles, ice cream, cake....

Any dessert made with three different boozes has gotta be good! I should try this!

I recently sampled a batch of those made with brown butter and black sesame paste. Very tasty!
