I saved the world again. You are welcome π€
βSomebody, somewhereβ is a perfect rewatch for being sick. Or just anytime.
I share the sentiment, but it feels so old-school these days.
Quiet is the New Loud album by Kings of Convenience was released 25 years ago. Time to give it another listen :)

Congrats! It was a good match.
Enjoyed latest episode of Norah Jones podcast with Bridget Everett. Not all songs need to be complex and serious⦠like this one. youtu.be/E6xij3d-5aw?...
Today I'd add "understanding Crossplane magic"
Nice, thanks for sharing. I vibe-coded two small apps, both related to music (to practice remembering chord notes), but I had bad experience with music notation so I kept it simple. I see you were more successful with notating rhythms. Also TIL there is rhythm notation. Looks useful.
Really nice episode about Toots Thielemans

Not on my plan for 2026: patching MySQL Go driver to work with Kerberos. Yet, here we are...
Working with Warpstream was nothing but great!
I enjoyed this episode a lot. Before I left Mimir team I worked with Marco on new βSigynβ architecture of Mimir, and I am glad to see that team got the migration finished and itβs now bringing expected benefits.
Does it give you access to all Medium articles? I used to run across paid articles there in the past, but not so much recently. It seems that stuff I read moved mostly to Substack, which has subscriptions to individual authors. π
Linux Weekly News, Pragmatic Engineer and Scarlet Ink.
I have signed up for three paid weekly newsletters. I hope to be able to keep up with them π
Sounds achievable π€
Congratulations!
Catching up with Shane Sagerβs writings (Shane is harmonica player who toured with Sting), this one is my favorite.

My holiday plans will take about 3 months to complete :(
This was really fun way to learn what Grafana AI assistant can do
I like doing reviews directly in Goland, especially for its ability to quickly check out the branch and jump into the source code. (Its commenting abilities are not so great, but passable)
I know that's not an answer for you. I would give standalone tool for macOS a try too, if you find one :)
With all the Black Friday articles, I feel bad for not buying anything and not getting any deal. π€ I guess I should stop reading some websites. (Looking at you @theverge.com)
For a moment I thought: I can just upload my music to cloud storage and write a small server to make it available to Sonos. Then I opened Sonos developer documentation and found they still use SOAP. Wow, that triggered some long-forgotten memories.

I would prefer something that I don't need to maintain myself.
I have found that Apple Music has over the years lost a big portion of my uploaded music :-( I may still have some CDs somewhere to grab it again, but a lot of it is also just gone :(
Is there a good and reliable music service for uploading and streaming music from (ideally Sonos-compatible)?
Congrats Bryan, thatβs a great and totally deserved recognition of your work!
