In this case, their photos actually look a little more like my lamp does IRL than my own photos do 😅 but they use similar layouts & types of photos. Plus it's an Aethernet lamp, if it's made using AI there's not a huge range of sources to pull from.
I just realised I CAN report it. You're meant to declare use of AI on your listings on Etsy and regardless of if it's a copy of mine or not, I'm all but certain AI has been used to make it.
Someone on Etsy has made what looks like an AI copy of my Aetheryte Lamp (with a few changes, so I can't be 100% sure).
Seeing it makes me want to stop making.
Can't exactly report it, as technically it's not my IP to begin with.
