You know which young people still know how to read maps? The ones who read fantasy books. Those have maps galore in them.
I think I failed Monday. I should pass Tuesday though, fingers crossed
I made an inspirational greeting card with a spinning Ken Masters. So to all those frustrated out there: "Don't give up because I am... Shoryuken do it!"
Happy 73rd birthday to the great DAVID BYRNE.
Iβve probably clocked more hours listening to the Talking Heads than any other band π§
I remember him being British and I looked him up and he is an actor but donβt recognize him from anything (James Cameron Stewart)
Agreed! really dug the audiobook for this, felt like I was truly in the thick of it π΅π»
You can keep Katy Perry, weβve got Roberta Fuckin Bondar. π₯ππ»
Feeling about ready to make the Enchanted April novel a reality. Just need to find 3 women and a French chateau to rent and get a second job to afford that luxurious life.
We let seventeen year olds operate very dangerous rides at theme parks every day. You can get out of bed and tackle that thing youβre afraid of. I believe in you!
Uh oh I was alone with my thoughts for too long today and I've made myself sad.
Dumbfuck livestreamer Viva Frei posts a video of Mark Carney speaking French with the captions like (UNINTELLIGENCE, SATANIC MANTRA) overlaid. He tweeted it with the words: "It seems @MarkJCarney is a Satanist."
I'm CRYING he was speaking FRENCH
This happened to me a few years back and I was just as confounded by the outcome
I hear we are using the βElbows upβ rally cry here in Canada and I have to say I am quite pleased about this bc I really do have the pointiest of elbows (according to my partner).
what a terrible time to have the ability to think critically
Please mention something in your review to tip others off, maybe even SSDGM π
Hey, artists, in case you were wondering if your work matters: I'm a scientist working on climate change and biodiversity, and I would not be who I am today without The Lorax, The Secret of NIMH, Watership Down, The Last Unicorn, and The X-Files. I know I'm not alone. Thank you for all you do.
Maybe invest in one of those sliding door bars? Wonβt do a thing against the ghosties however Iβm afraid
On a sick day and just finished the new Miss Austen series. Itβs a difficult assignment to write anything new or befitting of the Jane Austen legacy but somehow this story does just that. The sisterly affection is so pure.
What a finale, so lovely to see Cassandraβs story get told and her relationship with dear Jane π©΅
Maybe corny but it was helpful for me to hear Henry Rollins saying "this is not time to be dismayed, this is punk rock time, this is what Joe Strummer trained you for... You can be thunderous in your own life, to the eight people around you. That rubs off... Goodness is viral"
To be a fly on the wall when IT saw this π
Excellent use of free will
Adam and I were having a similar conversation on this last week, they need to rethink & refresh the all star weekend. Itβs just not enjoyable for the players or the viewers in this depressingly uninspired format.
Yesss, finished this a couple weeks back and found it so painful not knowing the reason it all happened. I appreciate we are all in this boat of not knowing together and Iβm sure Iβm still going to be thinking about it in my 80βs should I love that long.
Favourite part of Fae Farm so far is getting all the home furnishings in order. Hours of toil just to unlock the most basic decor items (and you know Iβd do it all again)

I just finished the audiobook on my lunch, what an epic love story! Envious of your spread and cozy room - wishing you all the rich discussions/observations!
This makes me think of that time where a friend of mine came home to her seventh floor apartment (front door locked) only to find a passed out crack addict in her roommates bed with raw chicken wings from their freezer half eaten. Balcony door wide open.
