Putting in the work to deprecate toasts at GitHub was one of the more difficult but incredibly rewarding things I did there! I’m thinking about putting together a talk on the work involved on this one 🙂
This #GAAD and every GAAD, you can champion #accessibility by hiring accessibility specialists, paying them well, ensuring they have what they need to be successful and make a change, and by not putting their heads on the chopping block first whenever layoffs roll around.
