Had the opportunity to speak on our data tracking tool DataTRAINED in our departmental ECR fire talks this afternoon! Thank you to everyone for their thoughtful questions and I hope more of us continue to think of our data tracking as data itself.

Need to be more chronically online because I can’t believe I missed this. WOW! Thank you @cghlewis.bsky.social for including us in RDM recently! We hope that this guide is helpful to anyone interested in neurodiversity research.

A flawless reflection 🌧️

Crystal’s talk and book have been something I referenced constantly while creating our current data management plan! This work was also very inspirational and useful when designing our suggestions for data tracking in neurodiversity research. Really recommend this resource to all students & postdocs
Sharing again because the previous post had the wrong link! Oops!
Data tracking is an incredibly important practice that all researcher should engage in but may be especially important for describing attrition in neurodiversity research. We made a guide to help improve your data tracking: osf.io/gazsd

When I’m not doing research, I love to knit 🧶, hike 🏔️, and cheer on @umichfball.bsky.social 🏈 :)
This year, I’ve been incorporating my creativity into research in small ways by drawing stimuli for our experiments and designing our MathMIND logo! (Lowkey plugging myself here, would love to help researchers design logos for their labs/projects!)
I have been in Oxford for nearly a year and the move to a new country was no small thing but I love it here and am so grateful to be able to continue my work on making math learning more accessible!
Prior to coming to Oxford, I got my PhD in Human Development from @ucdavis.bsky.social and was an Autism Research Training Program postdoctoral fellow at @ucdavismind.bsky.social! I studied how autistic children in inclusive general education settings learn mathematics ➕✖️➗➖
Late to hopping on the Bluesky train, but better late than never, right? 🚂 About me: I am a postdoctoral researcher at @ox.ac.uk studying early numeracy in children with genetic conditions. Our project is called Mathematical Inclusion for Neurodiversity or MathMIND!
