And more in relation to Pathfinder, some WIP art of my character Diona!! She's a Varisian Oracle and I love her a lot so far!!

Sometimes outside of my work as a bartender, and my penchant for doing artsy stuff, it shines through that I'm a UI Designer and I whip open Figma to create a custom cheatsheet for my Pathfinder Character Diona :)
I do still intend to add some icons and art, but thats in the future
Greyscale sketch of an elven character sitting down, leaning on their knees looking at the viewer. She is surrounded by a large halo and her weapons are floating around them
Last night's sketch of my friend's DnD character Alex, they are a Shadar-Kai paladin, and she's beefing with my character Mel :)
if you think about it, fishing is the oldest Gacha
Digital artwork of a profile view of a pale tiefling woman looking into a blue flame. She has jagged horns that point backwards. Her hair is cropped short except for two long strands from her temples.
Finished this artwork of my D&D character Mel!
It was very cool to experiment with line-art and shading techniques!

And if I'm sharing WIPs anyways, here's also my progress on my portfolio website overhaul. It's not obviously not done yet but it's getting there!
The battle against WIX is never ending ๐
Rough digital-sketch of a pale tiefling woman with gazelle-like horns and cropped hair staring into blue flames
WIP of my nepo baby D&D character Mel!!
After seeing a bunch of cool art I'm going to try and play around with line thickness, colour, and shading just to get a hang of what I like and to develop my artstyle :))))
Continuing with my website, I worked on some art last week around, figuring out values, shape language, and styling.
The amount of times, non-art friends have asked me "are you going to keep it in black and white" is frankly hilarious.

So it has finally come to the time for me to update my #PortfolioWebsite so I can start looking for a job. So far i'm at the rough mockup stage. The goal is mainly to show more character through design and condense information.
Left are the mockups, right is the current look.
I'll definitely try this method out more in the future during game projects, especially team based ones as it's a great way to sell your idea to others and to get on testing and designing when the core game mechanics aren't functional yet.
Next post: First prototype of the report page :)
And i've got to say, it was a great experience!
It forced me to properly consider the entire gameplay loop from start to finish, and test if the concept of it is good itself.
I also found a couple of interactions that the testers seemed to enjoy that I didn't even consider yet that I might tap into.
The photograph shows a sheet of paper showing an overview of a report of a fictional creature. Some details, such as a blue colour, are filled in. Above it is a box containing small post-its with other words such as orange, mountains, bipedal, and live birth.
First post about my little #gamedev project!
Since the project is a more cognitive type of game I thought it would be a wonderful upportunity to finally try and make a paper prototype for a game project. Something I had heard about but never had the opportunity for.
digital art image of a stylised witch with a big eye instead of her head. It is styled to look like a linocut stamp.
To start this account off I'll share the icon I drew for it. I tried to emulate this linocut look and design a cute little persona.
