You can set ingredients nutritional properties, and link them to FDC database for automatic update. You can add units conversion, e.g. pieces to grams, and even things like "cups", "spoons" or "handfuls".

And many other things like connecting to other apps and even AI.

You can search your recipes with different criteria. You can create cooking books, either adding recipes by hand or from a saved search.

You can create your food plan and generate shopping lists. You need to have a well curated ingredients list for this to work well!
