I'm adding that there was some drama on the sticky ribs. Apparently it was intended to be gluten free but got switched to regular soy sauce later in the day. Disney realized the mistake and told people in person until they changed the app. I was one of the lucky few to get the early GF version
Heartwarming. Their work was pretty foundational to modern Disney. Especially since I see Stitch merchandise everywhere

Flower and Garden 2026 with a gluten allergy: last stop this time at Isla Fresca. Good options here. The jerk chicken is good 4/5. The ceviche was okay, but better when a lime was squeezed over it 3/5. The grapefruit and lemon slush is fantastic if you like a tart drink 5/5

Flower and Garden 2026 with a gluten allergy: potato pancakes at Germany. Solid flavors, but a 3/5 for me. If you like hash browns it will definitely be higher on your list.
Flower and Garden 2026 with a gluten allergy: Trowel and Trellis is my favorite this festival! Sticky ribs are tender and satisfying 5/5. The terrarium is a decadent chocolate treat 5/5. No modification for gluten free!
Flower and Garden 2026 with a gluten allergy: got the quinoa at the Bee-stro. Surprisingly good, 4/5. You have to talk to a chef to modify it to remove the honeycomb and make it gluten free. Also tried the peach Dole Whip. Great new flavor, 5/5

The back right building is clearly the main star of the land. It is going to be a trackless dark ride at the level of Rise of the Resistance. The stars will be Maleficent, Chernabog, Cruella, Dr. Facilier, the Evil Queen, and maybe the Queen of Hearts
There is definitely a train station at the back and the train appears to go through the back left building. This ride is a Shanghai Pirates boat ride system with a peak into the ride from the train. I'm going with Hades, Captain Hook, and Ursula as the stars
Speculation time! The building blocking the haunted mansion show building is a Sleepy Hollow quick service that transitions Liberty Square to Villains. The building near Thunder Mountain is Yzma's lab but the family coaster is mostly outdoors and it transitions Frontierland to Villains

The new Frozen faces are great, but Olaf was glitching out when we rode. Hilarious and horrifying
EPCOT can finally be proud of their Frozen ride. These A1000s are better than the Shaman of Song and any of the figure on Tiana's. It doesn't come across on camera. You have to see these in person if you haven't already. They pull off some subtle expressions including motion in the cheeks
Stunning. Stunning. STUNNING. The fully articulated faces newly installed at EPCOT's Frozen Ever After live up to the hype. What used to be a skippable ride is now going to be in my regular rotation. Still miss Maelstrom, but at least this doesn't feel like a cheap replacement anymore
