I actually understand her side too. I've had a few times where I wasn't paying enough attention and ended up with about 3x what I meant to put in. It's not a great experience when trying to measure out a roughly estimated "about as much as last time" when it's hard to see from every angle.

Looks like there are a few other services experiencing issues as well. This looks like it could be a Tier 1 saturation event, most likely due to a cut or failure somewhere reducing avaliable bandwidth.
So did Netflix's infrastructure fail to keep up, or is there a larg Tier 1 network event? Seeing lots of complaints on down detector and seeing trouble tickets pour in.
