Unfortunately in your case, grant money was not used effectively due to mismanagement & lack of oversight.

There needs to be more transparency in how grants are spent to not only directly benefit schools by improving students’ home environments, but also their overall well-being.

Teaching involves much more than classroom instruction. They spend countless hours planning lessons, grading, communicating w parents & often working o/t without additional pay.

Investing in teachers is an investment in the future of society, making their increased pay not just fair but essential

Unfortunately this system effectively shifts the tax burden to others, depriving public services of necessary funds.
