Genuinely not entirely sure! π

Genuinely not entirely sure! π
Hello? Is that the British Transport Police? I wish to report something that doesn't look right - hell, as a Brit, it's pretty much a hate crime. π€’π© #SeeItSayItSorted
Well then. I quite like our #Eurovision entry (Look Mum, No Computer) for 2026. Chap seems very quirky and interesting (and clever!) when you look into his YouTube channel too. #EinZweiDrei
Cute new toy for my travels! #RetroGaming - pen for scale!
Interesting to read the editorial on this programme and understand that the current regime's attitude toward fans is based on at least 63 years of similar passive aggressive comments... #Salop #Shrewsbury
Awful news about Glasgow Central, I'm still hoping the station itself escaped serious damage.
But while we're here, can anyone spot the problem with the news photo below, from thetraveler.org/glasgow-cent...?
We've really got to STOP using AI to fake things.
Wowsers! Literally someone made this photo up with AI. There's enough dramatic footage from last night going around that this was necessary (nor was necessary for any other reason to be honest). π€¬
We do route conduct quite regularly (just did a Yorkshire diversion with a TM this morning to avoid infrastructure failures) but I can't recall the last time we did one at the request of another TOC
They won't sign the traction, but they could feasibly route conduct, yeah.
EC as in east coast? Can't account for LNER, but XC Edinburgh Drivers only sign the route to GLC via Motherwell or via Shotts. No route knowledge to GLQ (or historic route clearance for 220/221 traction there to my knowledge).
I am shocked to learn this is actually underestimating costs, because it ignores the infrastructure costs.
This video is lowballing it.
Whilst interrailing is great, a summer spent on the PS2 is largely accepted to be more enjoyable than a summer spent in France, tbf...
Oh heck. I helped a friend with his Saturn V build when it first came out, lot of fun it was!
Houston, we have a problem... π©
Would make an excellent Black Mirror episode π
It's not gone. One of the surrounding buildings has been ravaged and sadly collapsed with businesses affected, which is awful, but thanks to the brave men and women of the Glasgow FRS the station stands, but obviously is closed currently. Damage assessments of the station will start at first light.
It doesn't look far off it now, since this was snapped, that dome has collapsed too π©
Can confirm it's definitely not sorted.
This is no longer about saving the corner building. It's lost. All the SFRS can do is try to prevent what would be a catastrophic spread to Glasgow Central Station.

That fire near Glasgow Central is getting worse.
Hope no-one's been hurt.
Left work cursing my luck having to cancel our two services in and out of GLC tonight because of a fire in a vape shop under the station.
Have just seen these photos on socials - from the initial smokey ones at 1700 to the ones now, it's escalated scarily quickly π please, everyone stay safe! π―
Hadn't even noticeced that. π
Indeed.
I agree, however 90% of our marketing output has been subcontracted to agency workers for like, a decade now (I'm not entirely sure what our marketing team actually do but that's another discussion entirely!) π
Oh gee thanks workplace, the one thing my office was missing was utterly stupid and pig fucking ugly AI generated posters with spurious hands and wires π
For those who have forgotten the past 40 years:
Tax cuts for the rich
...donβt trickle down
Boosting military spending
...doesnβt bring peace
Slashing regulations
...doesnβt create jobs
Folks, weβve seen this all before.
More 12hr day shifts of a weekend like today's please! ππ
