As far as #cplusplus is concerned, i would have expected the library being benchmarked to be Boost Beast. If only one library per language is used, i would expect it to bethe best for each respective language.

A pointer can be larger than int. Also the indirection is usually harmful to performance compared to a small value.
I don’t know how ISO rules for polls work, but i see 19/45 against prioritizing Safe-C++ and 9/45 against prioritizing Profiles. Seems like the biggest consensus is that none should be abandoned.
