RIP Martin Parr. I worked with him once on a story about the NHS. I interviewed and he photographed Britain's busiest and least busy GP. I think he was brilliant and this is one of my favorites of his.

Abandoned cinemas, office buildings, bits of woodland - there's always a group who see the potential and make it awesome. Often for investors to suddenly take an interest again and fuck it all up for everyone.

I got unexpectedly giddy watching the trailer for this - Bristol seems to have a lot of people who think "this would be a cool thing to do" and then they go out and do the thing and it does in fact turn out to be really cool.
