Even though Iβve cooked on a grill or smoker for nearly 2 decades I still donβt always get it right. I cooked these kebabs the other day and questioned if I should post them. Even though these werenβt a solid win they werenβt necessarily a fail either. Good flavor but I could have done better.

We didnβt have anyone between us on the return flight either. It was great.
Heβs a sweet, sweet kid and deserves our protection. Most of them are twinkish anyway. lol. I do love seeing how paternal the more senior drivers are to him.

It can be. You gotta put the cheese in vacuum sealed bags because as you pull the cheese off the smoker itβll be too smoky to eat immediately so it needs to have time to settle and allow the smoke to seep deeper.

Is this homemade?
I add the cheese to the grill and let it smoke for one hour. I flip all the bricks and let it smoke for another hour. I pull them and let them sit on the counter for about an hour to let them sweat their oils. I pat them dry & place them in vacuum sealed bags for at least 2 weeks before consuming.
