Trump’s “accomplishments” are just a massive list of destruction, pardons of people who go on to harm others, and grift beyond what any of us had imagined was possible.
@saramcallister
I run a creative studio called 137 North, constantly renovate a historic home, love astronomy and astrophotography, enjoy gaming, love on my wonderful family (husband and 3 boys), and my family’s many pets.
Trump’s “accomplishments” are just a massive list of destruction, pardons of people who go on to harm others, and grift beyond what any of us had imagined was possible.
Your reading comprehension needs some work. No one said Marxist or Communist. And, yes, Republicans called FDR a Socialist. I’d say those “Socialistic Experiments” worked out quite well for the American people.
At what point do these pack and crack total gerrymanders end up having the effect of no gerrymander at all? Surely all of these states are going from having radically “safe” districts for one party or another to having districts that are much closer to 50/50 right?
Oh man. I would LOVE to be arrested for something this stupid. I hope he gets a massive settlement.
Kara, I typically love your posts but why post an AI generated image when there are so many amazing real ones from the protest?
Wow! And I love the giant constitution partway through the video.
This is what democracy looks like. #NoKings
This is perfection. Make it impossible for this administration to paint the protests as violent and full of “radical extremists.”
He lied or he realized that being an informant means you were a participant in the crimes.
A nightscape image of stars with circular light streaks rotating around a center point (Polaris). The foreground is a prairie with a dirt pathway in the center and fog glowing yellow with distant city lights on the horizon.
Star trails from a few years back at Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park. This was looking North towards Orlando and, let me tell you, the Christmas season air traffic was not a joy to deal with when I stacked these exposures.
That’s a masterclass in staying on message right there. Saw the bait being dangled to say something negative about Musk and just stayed laser focused on what matters…the people he wants to represent.
These feckless Dems are a bunch of cowards. I’m in SC and used to be a Republican and I think @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social is brilliant. Do I agree with everything he supports? No. Do I think he’s exactly what New York and, ultimately, this nation needs? Hell yes. More like him please.
This is really lovely and I love the location concept. You should do more like it!
I hope they can’t sleep at night as they sweat worrying that the truth about them will finally come to light.
Rep. Massie dropped a bomb: Billionaire John Paulson, top GOP donor, bankroller of the Speaker, and Trump’s campaign, is in Epstein’s black book.
This is why they’re terrified of a full release.
The truth won’t just expose Epstein.
It will expose the powerful who enabled him.
Thats quite a lot of words to say absolutely nothing. 🤔
Annihilation is trippy with a heaping of horror mixed in and a good read. I haven’t read the rest of the series though I suppose I should.
Not really an overstatement to say that the test of a free society is whether or not comedians can make fun of the country's leader on TV without repurcussions.
An important reminder at the start of Pride month. Queer and trans people’s lives are in danger as radical right-wing extremists have been and continue to be emboldened by this administration. The rhetoric that Trump and those like him have used has consequences.
So Trump wasn’t “in” on the grift to steal our data and embed AI into our critical infrastructure? Sounds like someone who’s President in name only.
Maybe they should stop snatching people off of the streets with masks on a no identification. If some masked guy did that to me or someone I loved you better believe I’d fight back assuming it’s a kidnapping.
Except Sagan didn’t say this. It was written by Sharon Begley in a Newsweek article in 1977 in which she wrote about his work. It’s definitely one of my favorite quotes though and summarizes Sagan’s outlook well.
This is really depressing. Will we ever learn to vote against the people using fear to manipulate us for more than a generation?
When are Republicans going to finally denounce this man? What’s the red line for them if not brazenly violating the constitution?
“shraddha” eh? I guess she had “faith” that no one was going to crack that. You’d think the director of national intelligence would have the intelligence needed to make better decisions when it comes to passwords.
Well, at least the red lightsaber is appropriate…he seems to forget the Resistance were the good guys.
I too had to confirm this was real. What the actual F. I have to assume he’s joking but that’s a lot of words for a dumb joke.

I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love. I look forward to providing a full update upon my return.
As of this morning I could only see posts up to the 28th and now her most recent post on Facebook shows up as March 25th. I’m not sure what’s going on but now isn’t the time to be uninformed. Follow @hcrichardson.bsky.social on Substack instead.
Hopefully we get there sooner rather than later regardless. Before we loose everything.
