My shortcut is using Bisquick. Good to have around to cut some corners. Most people have eggs, milk, sugar & oil (I prefer subbing applesauce for oil, so have those small single-serving containers for that). Vanilla is nice but not necessary. No bread pan? Use a square or pie plate.

I was at a church that taught this. The ideology is against allying with "non-Christian" nations, espouses national sovereignty, biblically-based laws, etc. BUT it was theoretically established via the outcome of a national conversion, NOT coercion. I think it's a cover to appeal to the Xian base.

Hmmm...I haven't used a business card in years. I usually pull out my phone and share my website. But these are usually just to casual folks anyway. I never run into anybody IRL who would be a business contact. Interested to hear more from others.

I find family genealogical research relaxing, absorbing, and a worthwhile distraction. You're puzzle-solving, exploring history, solving mysteries, & at times, finding yourself quite surprised; even shocked! Anybody else exploring this activity?

Same. I consider it a secondary, more fluid portfolio, where I can get some commentary from friends who stop by. Kinda like a studio experience! I can live with that.
