Observations of the CFL season so far.
Stampeders needed a QB to turn that team around. VA has brought that team from worst in the CFL to first.
Bc Lions defense is appalling. Penalties and the inability to stop anything. The team will be .500 at best when the 2025 season ends

OL was my concern going into the 2025 season. It took barely over a game to see my concern realized.

Hopefully the OL will improve as the season progresses. I would imagine it isn't easy to block for a mobile QB

I have seen a number of teams blow this lead over the season.
Pacers had a chance to all but seal this series against the Knicks but couldn't close out Game 3.
Instead, The Knicks now have life

Yep. He looked fine from what I saw. The extra player on the field is a lot to handle when you've spent your entire football life playing with one less.
If he is determined to make it work, he will have some success up here
It's a different game. Takes time to learn the rules not to mention all the other differences.
The NFL is heavily structured. The CFL has more flexibility in running the offense.
I would say give PJ more time

BC Lions radio colour commentator Giulio Caravatta made a great point. All teams are watching players on other teams. Training camp is an audition for all the teams in the league not just the jersey you are wearing.

Sucks to see players going down to injury. You spend months before camp getting into shape expecting to vie for a roster spot, only to see that goal evaporate with one injury.

Sloppy play so far which was expected. I am putting more attention towards the Line Of Scrimmage. This will tell me what team is going to win more games than they lose.
