I understand everyone has their own view on this but to me there is no such thing as an "ethical breeder" when over 350,000 dogs are euthanized in shelters every year. Until we aren't killing unwanted pet dogs there is no reason to be breeding more of them.

For anyone who thinks dogs from breeders are healthier, better behaved or safer: Pepper was from a breeder who took him to a shelter when he was too old to breed anymore. He has multiple potentially fatal hereditary health problems that he passed down to dozens of puppies they sold for $1500 per dog
Right?! Like that's what should scare people regardless of how they feel about Maduro or Khamenei. This is setting a pretty fucking scary global precedent for how problems get solved.
I truly hope no one is naive enough at this point to think that these world leaders are being targeted because the US government gives a single thought to human rights violations and violent dictatorships

It's not, really! There isn't a "usual" path to becoming an AD and people come from all different backgrounds. My best advice is just read AD job postings and see what skills and experience they list in the bullet points and then do what you can to accumulate those things!
