I end up playing around with POV and tense in every book I write. It's so tricky to figure out the right way to tell the story! My debut CRUSHING IT is first person present with dual narrators. I settled on it because at least for me, it helped capture the right tone/feel for my 13-year-old protags.

Big yes to this! I loved being able to capture the young teen experience with CRUSHING IT & speak to the ups & downs of being 13: first crushes, friendship drama, on-the-field drama with soccer. It's been out for a few months, and it's been awesome to see it resonating. There is definitely demand! 💗
