I'm sad that lots of Scottish faces and voices won't be on screen, quite so often. It's a show that validates Scottishness, in all its guises, like Taggart, Take the High Road, etc. before it. We need that. Too many people going around uttering Americanisms, Essexisms, Cockney rhyming slang, etc.
Believe it or not, I had a dream about you returning to pay back 'the family' for casting you out. Oh well, nevermind. There'll probably be a gas explosion, or similar.
