I do, I played at a reasonably good level when I was young I have thought about playing again but I am 48 and it hurts getting hit lol. I know guys that played later than that but they tend to be big men. Touch you can get away not shifting direction, its about the timing and angle of your run.

Lol, its a wonderful sport to play, but it is very hard on the body. Look into "old boys" rugby. Its for over 40s. It is still physical but a little more relaxed. You get different coloured shorts based on age. The guys in purple shorts are over 70 and you aren't allowed to tackle them.
