A2) when kids are influenced by what they hear without fully grasping the depth of what they are saying we have the responsibility to teach them to honor ALL human beings and although this should not be political our current reality can make it challenging to guide these conversations #leadlap
A2: The hardest thing has been the normalization of hate/bullying/rudeness that can spill over to students. The modeling of leadership matters so much. #leadlap

Same. I make myself stay up on what’s happening around me but prefer my happy place of school. I just know that there is no time more important than now to stay informed and advocate for what we know is right in education. #leadlap
