Not sure if this is for spin or cycling but generally having a single layer with an integrated chamois is going to be a better option. No friction between things. Skin on the chamois … pretty sure that pic is inside out.

My least favorite gadget move is to buy the new hot thing and use it for two minutes just to sell it. Rather popular with cameras in particular.
Paramount+ is the most inconsistent app. Sometimes you can skip intro and recap but sometimes you can’t. Sometimes the next episode prompt shows at the end but sometimes you can’t even fast forward past the next episode few min trailer.
Would love to see fitness trends and discussions decouple from things that are specific to weight loss which is (sometimes) a benefit but should not be the primary goal.
