Le texte demande par ailleurs de fournir un extrait de casier judiciaire pour tous les changements de prénoms, de personnes étrangères ou françaises. C'est un texte raciste qui fait reculer les droits des personnes étrangères sur de nombreux autres aspects. Pas de condition sur le changement de prénoms ! Ce texte doit être retiré !
