I'll hopefully get back to a normal posting/streaming schedule soon, but I'm not promising I'll be super consistent. I'm still dealing with his passing in my own way, and may need some space from time to time to allow further processing. I LOVE YOU ALL and I appreciate everyone who supports me.
Regardless of that, I'm happy to have had the chance to say bye, and he reacted while I was in the room, which is enough for me. He's been deemed unresponsive otherwise. My dad was the GOAT of dads imo, and I'm happy to have had him as long as I have. He's endured so much, and he deserves the rest.
I'm back (ish). It's been a hard couple weeks. My dad finally left us. I made a trip to see him before he went, and that was traumatizing more than I can properly describe. He wasn't conscious, and was likely gone well before I had my proper chance to say goodbye.

I didn't eat until almost 2pm today. There were dishes in the sink, and I can't cook with them sitting there, but all the hand towels I use to dry them are dirty, so I couldn't do them.
I ended up making new hand towels by cutting down a bath towel to size, then did dishes.
