my friends work at SumUp (Europe's Square), they are all in on Notion (and Notion AI) for their documentation (killed Confluence 1-2 years ago), they actually love it...

as for me, i decided last year that i hate notion 😂

One of my favorite projects in Claude is my changelog where I write down what I changed, the problem I'm trying to solve with this change, and the intended effect

Part of the prompt asks if it thinks I have any blind spots, and second order effects I might not have thought of.

Week of hitting KPIs (€1,800 booked, 2 new clients closed) and making a hard decision: cancelled 6 discovery calls to protect capacity and focus on the clients who've already paid. Also ran 100km in February.

Lets me capture fast so I don't get distracted, super easy to revisit the idea when I'm ready to write
