The thing about “high functioning” adhd is some days I’m almost normal and then I am always shocked and appalled when my neurodivergence is actually divergent and gets in the way of me doing stuff. I definitely have internalised a bunch of problematic stuff (laziness, lack of will power etc).
Seeing my TikToks / The Anti-Planner featured as a means of dismantling internalized ableism means so much.
