Being a father is dull The duality of dad. Daily routines can feel monotonous and dull, yet they are also filled with profound significance.

Took me a long time to formulate and write this one and I still feel guilty about it.

Week 10 Notes Life Let's start with Scotland beating France in the Six Nations - the best game of rugby I've seen since the 1990 game vs England - and just how thrilling a game it was, end to end stuff, if only we'd managed to keep France at bay in the last 10 mins. Still, next weekend should be exciting. Weight went back up, expected after weekend away but still, the emotional impact always gets me down.

Another week, ups and downs, some great movies, another great book, and great reads.

TV coverage could be better. Take a leaf out of F1 and build more narratives about the others, find the stories, use that to drive coverage. Pogi will do what he wants because he can, but dominance could just mean more coverage of other amazing riders. IF they sort out how they cover things.
