Switched DNS from our hosting company to Cloudflare and holy shit what a difference. We were getting taken offline by hordes of predatory AI bots, and it stopped as soon as I changed the nameservers. Pages load instantly now.

This is so much less bad than Oz presented it as. The DME industry is rife with bad actors, the rates charged to Medicare and Medicaid are absurd, the entire process feels like a scam and it too often is. That said, I’m dubious this will help with the problem in any way.

Even simpler, you can divide acre-feet by the size of the DC to do an easy comparison to agriculture. For example, cotton farms in the Arizona desert or alfalfa (for beef) farms in West Texas typically use 3-4 acre-feet per acre.
