In rural areas cell signal is often spotty to straight up non-existent. Every time i drive through central PA my phone loses signal for a minimum of half an hour.
Hell, in the middle of Pittsburgh (where i live) there are urban neighborhoods with no signal.
This falls under No Ethical Consumption Under Capitalism. Internet is a utility in this day and age. You do what you can until there's something better you can do.
