JUST IN: A federal judge has ruled Alina Habba’s appointment as Special Attorney for the District of New Jersey is unlawful.
Judge Brann: “I conclude that she is not [lawfully performing the functions and duties of U.S. Attorney].” Her actions since July 1 may be void.
The numbers are in. The new maps republicans just passed in Texas reduce Hispanic Texans to one-third of a white person and Black Texans to one-fifth of a white person.
