Been healing a back of the knee injury from getting on my lyra in shorts....rookie mistake.

This holiday break has been too long. I'm losing my hand calluses. 😢

Slowly but surely getting my flair ups. One day, I'll be able to go straight to knee hooks without using my toes. Stronger every time!

It's so difficult not to be able to be in the studio all the time.

The only limits you have are the ones you give yourself.

This rings true for me and Aerial hoop as an apparatus. In 4 years I never really gave hoop a chance (it's one of the more painful ones)But recently been pushing myself,and it's paying off!
