It's ironic how, these days, I am so much more worried abut being myself in VRChat than IRL.
I just realize that a *lot* of people on VRChat use it to escape, though they still bring over their shitty, shallow personalities.
I struggle with this as well. A friend at work is known as "she/her", but outside of work they go by "they/them" and a different name. So I absolutely don't blame you for doing that.
But yes. People will absolutely misgender on purpose for various reasons. That's what Silver was talking about.

There are people who maliciously use they or whatever pronoun that *isn't* the preferred one either because they personally don't believe that pronoun exists (anyone can go by any pronoun they want), or because they don't think people can be transgender.
In my case, I also use "they" as a generic way to refer to someone. I'm thankful because I've gotten good enough at this that I do it intrinsically.
However, that doesn't mean I will intentionally use it if someone has other preferred pronouns. I still make mistakes, but what Silver is saying is--

Oh yeah, so we finally got this all resolved.
I was able to message the CEO OF COMCAST and managed to get the nicest support person in response. No hassle, just straight up call with them.
They helped me verify bridge mode and we got my own router running. 😎

I got word back. I think I definitely deserved the suspension, though it's a common thought that probably half the US has :)

so bad with spending money and I was able to get more than 30 hours a week, I could definitely be making more.
I thankfully make a decent bit of money flipping burgers at a very particular chain (not fast food), and honestly, if I was paid an *actual* living wage to do it (being able to rent an actual apartment without issue) I would work that job my whole life if I could.
