The very next year, Portland Water ~ unconscionable bcs it’s 💯 preventable ~ had another lead “action level exceedance” (ALE).

Critics Fear Mayor Could Sabotage New Detention Facility Law A letter co-signed by 16 education, labor, and environmental organizations urges the mayor to create strong rules for enforcement as a bulwark against federal attacks.
