Attended a Mentorship Cohort 3 launch last Friday, training as a mentor. Iβm excited to support devs breaking into tech.
Funny thing? I went in as a mentor but walked away being mentored too. Connecting with experienced devs, sharing insights, and learning from their journeys was invaluable.
