So the main takeaway is to post on these social platforms optimizing for keywords that have this SERP feature appearing in the SERPs.

In the break down by Rank Group, you can see that around 66% of the time, the "What people are saying" SERP feature shows up in the 4-10 rank position.

In the last 90 days, the "What people are saying" SERP feature went from showing up on only 200 SERPs to 6,590 and has stayed fairly consistent for the last month.
