This is by far the most dangerous the world has been in my lifetime and I remember those really useful 'Protect and Survive' manuals from the 80s.
I think our main priority needs to be the self defense of our bases, take out whatever is fired at us. Getting deeper into the mire is going to endanger personnel and run down valuable equipment and munition stocks. I've a horrible feeling that this is only act one of a long and dangerous situation
