Yep. Sometimes it doesn’t even meet food safety standards in other countries. Americans should be concerned about that. What’s more important: profits or people’s health and wellbeing?

Prisons should not be for profit. There is something fundamentally wrong with that model.

To all women out there who have had a “Miss Triggs moment” - & I know that is almost all the women I know - I hear you & hopefully things have improved for all of you. Love everything about this project!

Food waste is a top #GHGemissions emitter. In developing countries waste happens in production & elsewhere it’s usually by the consumer. Meanwhile there are so many going without & also young people keen to learn new skills.
