A trio of adventurers hanging perilously from a rope are attacked by a flock of perytons. Nearer to us we see a red skinned Kobold bard being grabbed by one of the birds. Up the rope a Dwarf barbarian is kicking a peryton away. In the top part of the image a Human paladin is defending herself from yet another bird with her shield and a divine aura spell.

The figure wears a hat with a golden replica of one insect and holds a golden ceremonial knife it's using to slice its palm open, releasing yet more of these insects. The bugs are black and golden, winged and have large open jaws.
