So many things to raise when you call . . .
*ICE inhumanity
*War of choice in the Middle East
*Voter Suppression (stop the SAVE Act)
*Affordability issues - inflation + worsening job numbers
*DOJ incompetence

Government is supposed to work FOR the people, not the President.

I need different reaction options besides a "heart" to acknowledge a post. Because there is NOTHING to love about this situation. πŸ˜₯

Provide Know Your Rights information to local communities.

Talk to business owners/managers. Teach them crucial Know Your Rights info to better protect employees from DHS/ICE abuses. Help put up signs to declare solidarity, & create as much protection as possible at work.
Distribute Red Cards (Know Your Rights).

The utter hypocrisy of:

1) any Republican refusing to answer the question "have you had sexual relations" with a government employee.

2) TSomeone in charge of law enforcement believing she can blur lines to abuse power while destroying the lives of people who blurred lines in a bid to survive.

We are entering a new planting and cropping season with far fewer farm workers. Farm jobs' minimum wage and working conditions are not palatable to Americans.

Increasing gas prices from war and tariffs are going to make prices spike.

Expect food prices to go even higher.

Very important for the general election - the Dem turnout exceeded the Republican turnout! With 92% of Dem votes counted, there were 111K more votes than the Republicans who had 94% counted!

So next time someone says the left just wants socialism, remind them there’s a lot of space between what we have & socialism. We can have an economy that doesn’t allow CEO pay to be 899 times the median pay of a workforce that can’t survive in its own without government owning means of production.

β€œThe Low-Wage 20 are using public assistance as corporate welfare.”

β€œHalf of Low-Wage 20 companies spent more on stock buybacks to pump up short-term share values than on long-term capital investment between 2019 and 2024.”

04.03.2026 17:51 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

β€œWith the $32.5 billion these firms spent on buybacks in 2024 alone, they could’ve lifted more than 1 million workers making the Low-Wage 20’s average median wage of $29,087 up to the $59,600 income level needed to afford the U.S. average rent for a two-bedroom apartment.”

β€œThe Low-Wage 20 companies combined spent $260 billion on stock buybacks between 2019 and 2024. This financial maneuver artificially inflates the value of CEO stock-based pay while siphoning resources from worker wages and other productive investments.”

04.03.2026 17:51 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

β€œAll 20 of these firms reported 2024 median pay below $59,600, the income level needed to afford the U.S. average rent for a two-bedroom apartment.”

04.03.2026 17:51 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Meanwhile, β€œHalf of Low-Wage 20 firms reported a decline in their median pay between 2019 and 2024, after adjusting for inflation. Average median pay for the group dropped 4.6 percent, from $30,474 (in 2024 dollars) to $29,087.”

04.03.2026 17:51 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

β€œAverage CEO pay at these 20 low-wage firms hit $18.6 million in 2024, just shy of the $18.9 million average for S&P 500 CEOs as a whole. Their average CEO-median worker pay ratio stood at a staggering 899 to 1, compared to the S&P 500 average of 285 to 1.”

Some people try to convince you that what the left wants is β€œsocialism” and not β€œcapitalism.” Don’t be fooled. You can have capitalism without β€œfeudalism” which seems to be where the right is taking us. Check out the numbers in this report: ips-dc.org/report-ameri...

I hear you, and thanks for the polite nudge here. Yes: SAVE act. Attempts to end mail-in and early voting. Kicking voters off the rolls without reason. Changing timing of mail-in voting and mail processing. Infrastructure to help people get their vote counted despite ratf*cking will be critical.

ALL candidates and voters should be furious about this. The government should be making it easier to vote, not creating or allowing confusion and chaos.

This should NOT be partisan. And, yet, here we are.

BOTH Democratic U.S. Senate candidates should be furious about how this is being handled in Texas.

It benefits one candidate today. But the same chaos that helped them in the primary can absolutely burn them the general.

Breaking: Arkansas Democrats just flipped a Republican seat It's the ninth red-to-blue pickup in a special election in Trump's second term

JUST IN: Democrat Alex Holladay has flipped a GOP-held seat in *Arkansas*.

Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders tried hard to delay this race and wanted the seat to stay vacant for 8+ months, but the courts told her to hold it today. If she was worried, she was right to be.

🚨PERFECT: An economist was asked whether the actual economic data backs up Trump’s claim that the U.S. has the best economy in the world.

His answer: β€œhe’s lying.” This is amazing.

The worst that could happen is not even someONE worse than β€œthe last guy” taking over. The worst that could happen is anarchy & chaos continue for years leaving millions without a functional government & untold dead.

No matter how this gamble plays out, the ends will not justify the means.
