the subplot somehow ends with Sans dead and Morgan defending Vriska against murder charges. over the course of the investigation, it is discovered that literally everyone other than Sans, including Komaeda himself, attempted to kill Komaeda, and somehow Sans died in the crossfire
it is important to note that Celestia Ludenberg was supposed to get the invite but due to a bizarre and improbable series of coincidences, Komaeda showed up instead. nobody is happy about this

very ironic that this launched very close in proximity to the latest Deadlock update because the two games seem like polar opposites in terms of gameplay, style, AND player appeal
it looks like a very solid and competently made game with strong fundamentals, but also it is trying to have the mechanics of like every single shooter game that exists all at once, which makes it simultaneously extremely generic and very confusing
