It's like when there is clear detour and road closed signs but you still see many going inside the road closures or near the construction site. And often they say they didn't see the sign despite passing by 3 big signs.
I didn't have one in the bathroom since I moved to Canada, but before I moved, I had some places with one in them, and I have to say it was nice and useful. But it all depends on the type of building we are talking about also.

At 115 cm, the Land Rover Defender is understood to have the highest bonnet of European-made models. On the other hand, the VW Golf, with a bonnet height of 75 cm, is intended to act as a proxy for other vehicles with bonnet heights of 60 to 75 cm, which follow best practice in the design of vehicle fronts, according to the literature.
