I have never had to touch tarmac at an airport to get on the plane before! Been on it plenty for air shows, but never as a flier myself. Hope you're not in the super cold place right now!!!!

I've seen them load food and stuff for the plane ride in the back, but never humans. That is something I've never done! It would be more efficient if they boarded at both ends, though.
