According to his family, he'd been sick for about a month with pneumonia. Martin had lived in Beaverton for more than three decades. In November, his family told KGW their dad had just finished working at a job site and was on his way to lunch with his wife when ICE pulled him over at the intersection of Southwest Allen and Wilson. Within three days of his arrest, he was deported to Mexico.
